How to start with?
You could order a sample first before mass production.
We send samples by DHL fast shipping (about 3-7 days to most countries). After sample confirmed, you could make a trial order.

How can I pay?
We accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Visa, L/C.
For bulk orders, you could pay 30% as deposit and then pay the balance before shipping.

Can you make our Logo?
Yes, Sure we can, you can send us your logo/design/drawing/sketch and then we will issue the draft or sample to get it approved from your side, then proceed the bulk, but this service needs minimum order quantity 200 Pcs.

Can you accept OEM&ODM?
Yes, we can produce the products according to your demand and drawing.

How fast can you ship?
For some products, we have stock, and we can ship out quickly.
For small orders, we can produce in 1-2 weeks.
For big orders, it takes about 3-4 weeks to produce, depending on which products.

How long does shipping take?
We can ship your order by sea or by air. Please contact us for price.
For urgent orders, we can ship by fast express (FedEx, DHL etc.) usually about 3-7 days to Europe and USA. Customers need pay extra shipping fee.

Always a pre-production sample before mass production. Always final inspection before shipment. Before production we implement strict IQC inspections to ensure the quality. After production, we will apply random check based on AQL standards, if the samples failed to pass the standard, the whole order will be reworked to meet quality standards.

We pack all the products, using quality packaging material to ensure safe and secure transportation. The packaging is carried out under the supervision of our team of packaging experts, which monitors each & every activity pertaining to this process.
